Command - Windows Mode

Description

This com mand is used to dis able/re-enable the

Win dows com mand mode.

Syntax

Parameters

= Windows Mode En abled.

Values =

for en abled (default)

for dis abled

When en abled, the printer will ac cept Win dows

mode es cape se quences to print data. When

disabled, es cape se quences will be ig nored.
The Win dows mode es cape se quences are only

used by the op tional Win dows printer driver.

When work ing with a main frame or other

non-Windows host, this mode can be dis abled

to pre vent er ratic op er a tion.
