Command - Configuration Inquiry

Description

Use this com mand to send the printer con figu-

ration in formation back to the host via the se rial

port.

Syntax

The printer will send the printer con figuration,

line by line, in ASCII to the host through the

RS-232 port. The in formation matches the con -

fig u ra tion in for ma tion printed in fi nal phase of

the printer’s AutoSense rou tine, the Dump

Mode Printout or the

com mand printout.

The in formation and num ber of lines of data

sent by the printer will vary from printer to

printer de pending upon the type of printer and

op tions in stalled.
