Password forgotten  

The Lufft I-BOX can only be configured after successfully completing the login process. If the 
password is forgotten, there is a “Forgot your password?” feature with basic password 
recovery support.  

 

Password recovery can be done in two ways 

 

If there is an email server configured, a new password is generated and sent to the 
configured administrator email address. 

 

If there is no email address and no email server configured, please contact our 
support team (see section 3). Please specify the Lufft I-BOX serial number (also 
printed onto the Lufft I-BOX).
