Simple setting operation instructions of ultrasonic level difference meter
1. Button function There are three buttons on the panel, and the instrument can be debugged through
these three buttons. The measured value is displayed on the LCD screen after commissioning.
Simple operation instructions:
The ultrasonic level difference meter produced by our company uses the menu in Chinese to perform
simple settings, which can meet the different needs of customers. Under normal circumstances,
according to the installation requirements of the manual, after the equipment is installed, only the
following parameters need to be set and the equipment can be used normally.
2. After the meter is powered on, press and hold the SET button for two seconds to enter the first-
level menu.
The positions of the "4mA corresponding difference" and "20mA corresponding difference" in the
menu are shown in the attached menu structure chart.
5. Set "4mA corresponding difference" and "20mA corresponding difference”
4. Enter the height value of No. 2 probe into "Reference Zero 2". For the position of "Reference Zero
2" in the menu, please refer to the menu structure chart in Table 1.
3. Enter the height value of No. 1 probe into "Reference Zero 1". For the position of "Reference Zero
1" in the menu, see the attached menu structure chart. (The height of the probe is the distance from
the emitting surface of the probe to the bottom of the tank or the bottom of the tank)
20mA corresponding difference: When the difference is equal to this set value, 20mA is output.
4mA corresponding difference: 4mA is output when the difference is equal to this set value.
