Why do I hear static or no sound?
Ensure the Wireless Headset is paired
with the console/device by referencing
the LED indicators. Make sure the Volume
Wheel is not set to minimum.
Why can’t my friends hear me?
Make sure that the Boom Mic is securely
attached to the headset, and that the
Boom Mic LED is not on. Check console/
device menu settings to ensure the head-
set microphone is selected for input.
