suitable.
The
accuracy
of
the
displacement
measurement
is depending on the quality of the reference vol-
tage.
With
this
set-up,
arbitrary
measuring
variables,
depending
on
displacement
measurements,
can
be
recorded
and
referred
to
each
other.
