is pre-coated with threadlock. It must not be lubricated. However, after
being removed and refitted several times, a drop of normal threadlock will have to be ap-
plied (type LOCTITE 243

1 / Grease the upper seat of your frame and locate a bearing

on this seat.
2 / Grease the lower seat of your frame and fork, position a bearing

on your fork, taking
care to place the external chamfer towards the interior of the head tube. Thread the assembly
through the frame.
3 / Slide compression ring

over the fork as far as the upper bearing.
4 / Slide insert

over the fork, aligning it with the pin hole

is correctly centred so as not to obstruct the fitting of lock ring
