4.2. Repairs
• Replacing Wear Parts:
Any repairs must be performed by your specialized LongCo dealer. You can find your closest
dealer in the internet. Only original parts supplied by manufacturer are permitted.
• Do not alter the LongCo from the manufacturer's original design and configuration.
4.3. Warranty and
Limited Liability
Scope of Warranty
• The designer and manufacturer of the LongCo, offers a limited warranty for each original
LongCo. This warranty covers the replacement of original parts that fail prematurely due to
material or fabrication defects.
• The warranty is only active, if the warranty form is registered and all inspections are done
• Tires and brake pads are not included in the warranty.
• The warranty covers the statutory warranty period valid in the country of purchase, with a
maximum period of 2 years for the LongCo and 2 years or 700 recharges for the battery
(whichever occurs first)
• It is restricted to the first purchaser of the LongCo .
• The period of warranty does not extend to parts that are replaced during the period of warranty.
Warranty Terms and
Conditions
In order for a warranty claim to be valid, the following conditions must be satisfied:
• The LongCo must be complete and correctly assembled.
• The LongCo must have been used only under normal conditions and for its intended purpose in
line with the instructions of use.
• The original proof of purchase with the VIN number.
• If the terms and conditions of the warranty have been satisfied, the defective parts will be
replaced free of charge by an authorized dealer.
