3.2. Charging Batteries

Charging OffBoard

Procedure for Charging if Batteries are not installed on the LongCo:

A)

Turn off batteries at the main button (press 2s) and dismount them from unit

B)

Now plug the charger first to the outlet.

C)

LED1 is now blinking Green. This means the charger is ready for charge.

D)

Plug in charger to the battery. LED1 turns from green (blinking) to red (start to
charge). You can check the charge current at the battery’s OLED Screen [A].

E)

Charge until the LED1 of the charger turns from red to green and on the OLED –
Display 100%. This can take up to 3.5h, until the Battery is fully charged.

F)

Disconnect the charger from the power supply.

Means of the light

LED1

LED1 green:

The battery is fully charged.

LED1 red:

Charging process on-going.

LED1 green blinking:

Charger is connected to the
power and ready to use.

LED1 Red blinking:
