Getting the caravan ready
– Check serviceability, if appropriate have the
vehicle inspected.
– Check gas supplies, if necessary obtain addi-
tional supplies.
– It may be worth waiting until the destination is
reached before filling up the fresh water tanks in
order to save weight.
– Drain waste water tank (if provided).
– Empty septic tank.
– Check emergency tools.
– Take power supply cable (adapter cable) and
cable drum on board if you will want to use the
power connection en route.
Household and camping set up
We recommend that you make a list of all the
objects that are necessary for living, camping and
for your leisure activities. it is extremely annoying
to discover in the holiday resort that one has left
behind one’s washing things, one’s surfing gear or
other things.
Rating plate (type plate)
The rating plate is attached to the front storage
compartment. In addition the vehicle identification
number is indicated in the right-hand towbar
underneath the trailer body. Please always advise
your authorised dealer of the vehicle identification
number when ordering additional supplies of
items or purchasing them.
