How to Remove Duckbill
Nozzle from burner
1. Remove nozzle using a
No.22 socket.
2. Place socket over duckbill
nozzle and turn anti-clock-
wise.
Once loosened, you may use
hand to unscrew out.
The nozzle will look like the above
once taken out.
How to Remove Duckbill Injector
How to Clean Duckbill Nozzle:
1. Remove the grease and grime
blocking the gas from combustion
properly by using a sharp object
that can
fi
t through the hole
2. Discard any unwanted dirt and
grime.
The nozzle shown above is an example
of what can happen over time
1. Locate the Duckbil
injector once nozzle has
been removed.
Injector will either be attached on
duckbill burner or on the removed
nozzle.
2. Using the correct sized
micro drill bit unblock
the injector as shown in
pictures
Duckbill injector blocking is a
common problem and should be
cleaned on a regular basis.
