LKK Stockpot Troubleshoot Guide:
- Servicing an LKK appliance should only be carried out by an authorised LKK gas technician
or
certi
fi
ed plumber.
- Any evidence of tamper will be void of warranty and not covered.
Before issuing a service request check and assess the following:
- Try to ignite unit and turn on, if it does not ignite follow instructions accordingly.
- Check the correct gas regulator is installed to the right gas supplied.
- Check unit is supplied to suit the desired gas type (NG or ULPG)
- Check the gas hose connection is consistant to appliance and there is no sign of kink.

- If unit is showing any signs of the below problems, follow steps accordingly
1. Pilot light won’t stay lit.
a) If
fl
ame is too small and not contacting thermocouple, use
fl
at tip screw driver and locate a screw under pilot
light. Turn screw anti clockwise to increase
fl
ame size.
b) If
fl
ame is contacting thermocouple but won’t stay lit after releasing D3 safety valve. Thermocouple must be
changed or needs tightening. Part no. SIT0200009
c) If pilot is broken, pilot must be changed.
2. If wok is working but the burner injectors are blocked
(Not covered under warranty).
This situation is not covered under warranty, blockage is normally caused when food scraps drop into the
burner jets while cooking. A cleaning fee / unblocking fee will apply.

Available to suite Duckbill burner or Chimney burners.
4: Pilot Knob keeps coming off.
Use a
fl
at headed screw driver to tighter the screw back onto the pilot shaft.
