These instructions should be read carefully prior to operating your stockpot cooker.
LIGHTING UP OF APPLIANCE:

Ensure the gas valve lever is in the horizontal
position as indicated on the panel “OFF”.
Depress round D3 button and light pilot using a
naked
fl
ame, hold button in for at least 20 sec.
(on new installations you may have to hold the button longer
to allow air in pipes to purge out for several minutes)
Turn the main burner on by moving lever to “ON”
position. Main burner cannot be operated if pilot is
not ignited
fi
rst. If pilot fails to remain alight when
main burner ignites turn main burner lever to the
OFF position, wait 30 seconds and repeat step 3
(check aeration for correct
fl
ame setting).
Turn pilot control knob anti clockwise from the
“twelve o’clock position” to “nine o’clock position”.
Release button when pilot light is established.
If pilot ignition fails, repeat step 2, 3 & 4 or check
troubleshoot page.
To shut down appliance, turn pilot control knob to off
position.
Turn off main gas valve before leaving the premises.
