7. Appropriate hoist handling
* There are instructions for electric chain hoist as follow
1) Make a check if the type and grade become for electric chain hoist
2) Be sure to use an appropriate load chain.(Use LK product)
3) Do not operate the electric hoist except an appropriate voltage and frequency
4) Do not operate the electric hoist before grounded in perfect
5) Before install a hoist the first, be sure if it is inversely connected.
6) Do not use for a single phase
7) Suspend the hoist from the strong enough girder. For a trolley style, suspend it
from the strong and firmed enough the parallel bars (ex, H, I)
8) Make a check before operating and routine check
9) Make a check if the load chain is somersaulted or twisted or chained.
10) As long as it is not a test, don over loaded on a electric chain hoist. No
impact is allowable.
11) At a turn about rolling-up and rolling-down stop for a minute.

12) No extreme inching
13) No often use of preventive measure of over-rolling
