8. INCHING Handling, travelling load collision
Inching handling (transitory button on-off work for a short shifting) or the collision of
travelling loads should be restrained as far as it brings extra tension in flash.
Also it shortens durability. It is better to use a hoist if you need to do a quick up -down
shifting for placing a mold.
9,The push button code and switch case handling
~ Make sure the contact point of a button to be
compressed.
* Hold the push button switch 600~1700mm above the
ground
* Do not put down the button switch before it goes
back to the appropriate stand for the hoist . It is to
prevent unexpected damages or motion failure (see
figure 28).
Broken or dirty button switches may cause an electric
shock or motion failure.
Keep it in safe and soundness.
* To block the motion failure, check the direction on
the PUSH BUTTON
* Button made of super plastic switch can be
deformed by a high temperature
*Unsystematic handling can cause double collision.
*In case of accident, you can use the stop switch on
the PUSHBUTTON for an emergency ,
10. Do not come close under the machine,
no matter the hoist is on or off, (see figure 29).
11. Do not leave a load.
* Do not leave a load at the hoist before you get out
of the sit.
* As far as the hoist is loading stuff, there should
qualified driver to take care of it (see figure 30).
