8. Attaching the Side Rails and End.
You need:
2x Bolts (35mm) and an Allen Key.
Fit the other End to the Carcass Side as before using the remaining 2x Bolts (35mm).
Attach the Side Rails to the Ends by fitting the pre-fitted Brackets over the Bolts (15mm) that
were fitted in stage 7. Fit the large ‘keyhole’ shaped holes in the Brackets over the exposed
heads of the Bolts at both Ends and lower each Side Rail downwards. Once the Brackets are
correctly engaged over each Bolt Head, fit 1x Euro Screw into the top small hole on the
Bracket and tighten the Bolts to secure the Rails as shown below.

to secure the product.

9. Fit the Doors.
You need:
4x Mounting Plates, 4x Hinges (complete with screws), 2x Rubber Buffers and a
Screwdriver.
Attach 4x mounting plates to the inside faces of the carcass sides using the pre- drilled pilot holes (See
Fig 9.1).
Please note:
the mounting plates should be orientated with the Pre-fitted screw at the back.
Insert the door hinges into the large holes in the door and secure each using 16mm pre-fitted screws
(See Fig 9.2).
To attach the door, lift into position (See Fig 9.3) fit Hinge slot “A” over Bolt “B” and tighten Bolt “B”.
door adjustment may be made by slackening Bolt “B” slightly and either tightening or loosening screw
“C” as appropriate. Finally, re-tighten “B” and the screws holding the hinge mounts to the carcass side.
