3. Fit the Carcass Backs
Stand each sub assembly upright, insert a Carcass Back into each assembly (painted side
facing inwards), ensuring that each back correctly locates into the grooves on the Carcass
sides. Slide the back down so that it also engages into the grooves on the top of each Carcass
Base.
4. Attach the Middle Brace.
You need:
4x Cam Pins, 4x Large Cams and a Screwdriver.
Please Note: At this stage of the construction you should position the assembly as
close to its final position as possible. The assembly is difficult to move once fully built.
Insert 2x Cam pins into the small holes near the back edge on the outside face of each
Carcass Side. Ensure they are fitted on opposite sides as shown below.
Next insert 4x cams into the large holes on the back of the Middle Brace. Align and engage
the Brace onto the Cam Pins (as shown below).
Tighten the Cams clockwise with a screwdriver to secure.
4. Attach the ladder
5. Fit the Feet onto the Ends.
Insert 2x Feet into the Holes on the bottom edge of each End as below.
6. Fit the Shelf.
You need:
4x Shelf Studs.
Fit the 4x Shelf Studs into the holes on the outside faces of the two central Carcass sides,
ensure the Shelf Studs are orientated with the small peg on the flat side facing upwards.
Once the 4x brackets are in position carefully lift the shelf into the structure, ensuring that the
back of the shelf is pushed up against the front of the Middle Brace. Holes in the underside of
the shelf must also be correctly located onto the shelf studs.
7. Attach the End to the Assembly.
You need:
2x Bolts (35mm), 8x Bolts (15mm) and an Allen Key.
Please note: This stage of assembly should be attempted with a minimum of two
people to provide adequate support whilst parts are being secured together.

: Align one End with the assembly so that the two holes containing metal inserts in the End
match up with the corresponding holes in the Carcass side, once aligned secure the End to
the Carcass side with the 2x Bolts (35mm) from the inside. (shown below).

: At this stage also fit 4x Bolts (15mm) into each End as shown below. Ensure these Bolts are
only screwed in half way so that they are easier to locate onto the Brackets in the next stage
of assembly.

Insert 4x (15mm) Bolts into both Ends.
