5.2 Operation using function switches
5.2.1 Selection switch

By adjusting the preselection switches (1 or 2) the following processing units
can be selected independently of each other:
1 G-unit selection switch
2 Pre-selection switch of the E-unit
3 Pre-selection switch (1 and 2) in position 3 means that both
upper units only are selected.
4 Both pre-selection switches (1 and 2) in position 4 means that
both upper and both lower units are selected.
5 Pre-selection switch (1 and 2) in position 5 means that both
lower units only are selected.
6 0 position
For this switch setting, the unit is switched off above and below.
NOTE
G-unit not selected
Possible damages

If a G-unit is switched off (not selected), then this G-unit must be moved
approx. 3 mm away from the workpiece.
The units selected with the selection switch are started using the ON/OFF
switch of the machine.
