4. COMMISSIONING
4.1. Connections and media
Engine oil CC 201 P/PL/PV The motor is filled with SAE 10W-30 engine oil by the manufacturer.
Only engine oil approved by the manufacturer of the service classification
API MS, SD, SE
or better may be used.
The requirements and the quality standards are included in the operating manual of the motor.
Engine oil CC201 D
The motor is filled with SAE 5W-40 engine oil by the manufacturer.
Only engine oil approved by the manufacturer of the service classification
API CF4 – CG4, ACEA E2-B2,
MIL-L-46152 D/E or better may be used.
The requirements and the quality standards are included in the operating manual of the motor.
Fuel CC201 P/PL/PV The floor saw must be refuelled with unleaded, sulphur-free petrol in accordance with DIN EN 228 (RON 95
octane). The motor can also be operated with B20 fuel.
The requirements and the quality standards are included in the operating manual of the fuel engine.
Fuel CC201 D The floor saw must be refuelled with diesel with an extremely low sulphur content (ULSD) in accordance
with EN 590, ASTM D975 - D1 or D2.
The requirements and the quality standards are included in the operating manual of the combustion
engine.
Lubrication points Only use quality grease on the grease nipple. The grease used on the floor saw is called "Energrease LS2
BP".
(Lithium saponified multi-purpose grease of NLGI grade 2 according to DIN 51818/NLGI GC - LB grade 2)
Water supply
The water tank should only be filled with clean water
The water pressure in the supply line must not exceed 5 bar.
If necessary, use an upstream pressure reducer.
These specifications refer to the usual operational and ambient conditions.
Other specifications may be required for use under extreme weather conditions.
