Liquiflo FTS Transfer Pump User Manual
Series No. FTS300

Refilling gear oil chamber

Using 6 mm hex key, install oil drain plug, Figure 1

Orient the pump such that the gear oil fill port is on top.

Using a 6 mm hex key, remove the gear oil fill port plug, Figure 2.

Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the gear chamber vent screw, Figure 2.

Refill the gear oil chamber with 1 quart (900

–950 mL) of Mobil 1™ 5W-30 synthetic motor oil, or an equivalent

SAE 5W-30 product. Liquiflo

FTS recommends Mobil 1™ 5W-30 synthetic for the Transfer Pump for longest

life and highest performance.

Using 6 mm hex key, install oil fill plug.

Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, install the gear chamber vent screw.
