Gain (volume)
If you wish to increase the volume of
the CLASSIK AFEKT speaker compared
with your other speakers, increase the
setting. If you wish to lower the
volume, decrease the setting.
Phase
Depending on your seating distance
from the CLASSIK AFEKT speaker and
your other speakers, you may get
better sound quality by switching this
setting.
1 to 8 (default is 4)
0 or 1 (default is 0)

High pass frequency*
Increasing/decreasing the setting
reduces/increases the amount of bass
sent to the other speakers
Low pass frequency
Decreasing the setting lowers the
highest frequency produced by the
CLASSIK AFEKT speaker.
1 to 9 (default is 5)
1 to 4 (default is 3)
If set to 4 all
frequencies are
passed through, i.e.
no filtering of the
signal takes place.
Description and available settings for parameters
When using the CLASSIK AFEKT with speakers other than CLASSIK UNIKs,
adjusting the above parameters may improve the audio performance of your
system.
* For use when the CLASSIK AFEKT speaker is connected to a power amplifier (see
Connecting
section). If a power amplifier is not used, leave set at 5.
