Probable reason
You can ONLY use a
mouse with a PS/2
connector and ONLY
PS/2 style mouse ports
on the computer are
supported. Serial to
PS/2 mouse adaptors
are NOT supported.
Incorrect installation of
cables
Incorrect or missing
mouse drivers
Action to take
You have to use a PS/2
style mouse and a PS/2
mouse port on your
computer.
Please check if all
cables are properly
connected.
When using a PS/2
mouse or pointing device
you must ensure that the
proper device driver has
been loaded into your
operating system.
Please check your
computer and make sure
that the driver is installed
correctly.
Note: the LINDY CPU Switch LITE supports many special pointing
devices such as wheel mice etc. These devices usually use their own
specific drivers individual bus protocols. For this reason it cannot be
guaranteed that any of these non standard protocols are supported.
