Note:
Firstly ensure that the control knob is in the ‘Off’ position.
Is the unit in fryer mode
(green neon on)?
Yes
Is the oil suction pipe
correctly fitted in the drain
tank and is the drain tank
pushed firmly in place ?
Has the oil in the
drain tank solidified ?
No
Remove the drain tank
and heat the oil. Clear the
suction pipe and the
return lance and retry.
Switch the unit
into filter mode.
Is the oil suction pipe and
the return lance clear of any
blockage ?
No
Remove and clear
the obstruction, refit
and retry.
