The procedure may be repeated if necessary.
Take off the load from the instrument, press the “zero” key and make sure that the display shows zero value. To exit this
calibration, press the “on/off” key – the LCD display shows CALF.
Fine calibration of load (minimum load: 190 kg)
Select menu item “CALF” and confirm with the “zero” key. The LCD display shows the value of the calculated weight.
With the forks unloaded, press the “zero” key to save the instrument’s zero value, and place the calibration load of known
value onto the forks.
In this case too, the display may show a message indicating that the load exceeds maximum capacity, instead of the exact
weight.
Next press the “tare” and “kg/lb” keys to increase or reduce the displayed value of the weight until you obtain an indica-
tion of the value of the weight laid on the instrument -adjust the value downward only, if the display indicates that the load
exceeds maximum capacity-.
Make the last, fine adjustments, observing LEDs “kg”, “lb, and “BAT”. The instrument is correctly calibrated when the “lb”
LED flashes.
Important: the
plus
and
minus
keys (“tare” [tasto “tara”] and “kg/lb”) are used for smallcorrections. You may need to press
the key several times to ensure that the small corrections change the displayed value of the load.
We advise you to use a sample weight close to 3/4 of the instrument’s capacity.
Take off the load from the instrument, press the “zero” key and check if the display shows zero value. To exit this calibration,
press the “on/off” key – the LCD display shows nCEL.
Press the “on/off” key again to exit the calibration mode.
DISPLAYED MESSAGES (32.2)
The weighing pallet truck is equipped with 4 load cells arranged so that weight to be measured is distributed as evenly as pos-
sible over the 4 cells. This ensures the pallet truck stability against overturning and enables higher weighting accuracy.
When the load bears too much on one cell with respect to the others, the instrument displayes one of the following sig-
nals:
“ ¯¯]” load unbalanced forward on the right-hand fork
“[¯¯ ” load unbalanced forward on the left-hand fork
“ __]” load unbalanced backward on the right-hand fork
“[__ ” load unbalanced backward on the left-hand fork
These signals help the operator load the transpallet in a more uniform way.
In addition to the above signals, the instrument also provides the following messages:
“-on-“ now switching on
“-OFF-“ now switching off
“donE” operation done
“¯¯¯“ load exceeding maximum capacity
“-PC-“ connection to PC enabled
CONTROLS (19.5)
A control lever is located on the drive stick of the trolley which can be set to 3 positions as indicated on the name plate “Y”
(figure B/ page 2).
POS: -3- on top = descent
POS: -1- in the middle = transport
POS: -2- at the bottom = raise
MAINTENANCE (20.11)
The maintenance and repairs must be carried out by qualified personnel.
It is prohibited to make any modifications to the trolley or to use it if it is not compliant with the safety regulations. After all
repairs the components dismantled and the waste products must be disposed of in full accordance with the regulations
governing safety and the environment. It is prohibited to use inflammable products for cleaning the trolley, or to wash it with
direct jets of water. To clean the weighing indicator use a dry cloth.
The spare parts supplied by the Manufacturer are the only ones acceptable as replacement parts;
A) ASSEMBLY OF THE DRIVE STICK (see figure C/ page 3)
- secure the drive stick (228) to the pump unit (200) using the screws (27) supplied in the packaging;
- hook the chain (208) onto the descent pedal (50) rotating it in order to facilitate the hooking on.
B) DESCENT ADJUSTMENT (see figure C/ page 3)
