ACT Ex (Optional Mode)
The ACT Ex option allows the system to function in full disclosure
mode. In addition to monitoring each heart beat and auto
transmitting when an arrhythmia is noted, the recorded ECG data
is transmitted (once every 10 minutes) until the requested amount
of data for the full disclosure period has been collected. The ACT
Ex feature is implemented as a remotely configured option in the
cellular phone. The ACT sensor is not affected.
Cardiac Event Monitor (CEM) - Optional Mode
CEM mode is one of the service modes in which the application can
be active, besides the regular ACT and ACT Ex mode. The mode
can be enabled remotely. While working in CEM mode, the ACT
application has the following features:
Auto-detecting of the arrhythmia events:
o
Tachycardia
o
Bradycardia
o
Atrial
fibrillation
o
Pause
CEM mode can start during monitoring period (mid enrolment), or
right after baseline. Also, this mode can be requested during the
idle period that comes after completion of the ACT Ex mode.
CEM mode has its own logo indicating that the mode is currently
active.
