HOW TO USE THE BREAKING SYSTEM

For safety when mounting or
dismounting the table

Push the Brake Handle downwards
into “LOCK” position.
Wearing shoes will help ankles stay
more secure.

Get to inversion

Pull the Brake Handle upwards into
“UNLOCK” position.
With both hands on handlebars,
slowly lie down.

Get to desired angle

When you're at desired angle, push
the Brake Handle downwards into
“LOCK” position to lock the
inversion table.
