Please read this manual carefully before using it.
1.
This machine is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
2.
A maximum of one person can use the treadmill at the same time.
3.
After turning on the main switch, stand on the side steps along the belt (not
directly on the treadmill). Press the "START" button, either with the main button on
the control panel or with the remote control. The belt starts at the lowest speed. At
this point, you can enter the treadmill itself and start walking / running.
4.
Belt speed, control using the buttons on the control panel or using the remote
control.
5.
Consult the fitness trainer for the correct exercise.
6.
Slowly increase or decrease the speed according to your capabilities.
7.
Please observe sufficient water intake if you practice on the treadmill for more
than 20 minutes.
8.
In practice, we recommend wearing comfortable sportswear and sport shoes
with soft soles. Your clothing should not be too loose to prevent the clothes from
being caught by the machine.
9.
Please remove jewelery (chains, rings, etc.).
10.
Do not leave beginners, children and pets unattended on or near the treadmill
(especially when is in operation) to prevent possible injury. This machine is not a
toy.
11.
Children, the elderly and pregnant women should not use the machine
unattended or without consulting your doctor.
12.
Beginners should hold the handle while they are walking or running on the
treadmill.
13.
Do not leave from the treadmill when the belt moves.
3.
Safety rules
1.
Insert the plug straight into the socket, do not use an extension cord or splitter.
2.
The machine may be in continuous operation for a maximum of 2 hours.
3.
Place the machine on a firm, level and clean surface and make sure it is stable.
We recommend placing a protective mat underneath the belt to prevent possible
damage to the floor. Do not use the machine:
a)
outdoors (the machine is specially designed for indoor use),
b)
on uneven surfaces,
c)
in direct sunlight or near a heat source.
d)
in a wet or wet environment,
e)
in a confined space, uncirculated space and space with flammable liquid or
gas.
4.
Leave a free area of at least 0.6 m around the machine in the access path
(preferably on all sides). The free space must also include an emergency exit area.
