How to Obtain Product Service

Verify the symptom and review the operating instructions. The problem may be unfamiliarity with the product and
its features and workouts.

Locate and write down the serial number of the unit which is located on the front of the unit. Write down the software
version if possible.

Contact Life Fitness Customer Support Services via the Web at: www.lifefitness.com, or call the nearest Life Fitness
Customer Support Services group.
