climb to 130+/-4 BPM. The treadmill will attempt to maintain your target heart rate through
adjustments to the incline and speed for the remainder of your workout. If your heart rate
is above 4 BPM of your programmed amount of BPM's, the incline will automatically
decrease 1 level and speed will decrease 0.5km/h of running speed per 30 seconds to
lower your heart rate of 130+/-4 BPM. Once the pre-set target training HRC program time
has reached to the target, the computer will begin beeping to remind you. The running
speed will decelerate half of original speed and incline will decrease to 0 level. TIME
window will countdown from 2:30 minutes to 0:00 and PROGRAM window will display
COOL DOWN to enter into cool down mode. When time counts down to 0:00, the running
belt will stop automatically.
TRAINING IN USER PROGRAM:
The computer offers 2 user programs. Press the PROGRAM button to select USER1 or
USER2 program. The PROGRAM window will display USER1 or USE2 program and
indicate LED will light up. The Time window will begin blinking for pre-setting target
training user program time. The initial pre-set training program time is 30:00 minutes.
Press the SPEED UP or DOWN button to pre-set training program time. Each increment
is 1:00 minute. The pre-set training program time range is from 5:00 to 60:00 minutes.
Press the STOP button, the TIME window will display 1. SPEED, INCLINE windows, and
the first interval of user program graphic will begin blinking for pre-setting the running
speed and the incline level. Press the SPEED UP, SPEED DOWN, INCLINE UP, and
INCLINE DOWN button to pre-set the running speed and the incline level for the first
interval of user program graphic. There are 10 intervals for pre-setting the running speed
and the incline level. Press the STOP button again, the TIME window will display 2.
Repeat above steps to pre-set the running speed and the incline level from the second
interval to the tenth interval. After pre-setting the speed and incline level for the tenth
interval, press the STOP button and then press the START button to start exercise, the
PROGRAM window will countdown 3 seconds with the LCD showing "3-2-1" before the
running belt starts moving. The first interval of program graphic will begin blinking. The
running speed and incline level will change according to the user program graphic that
user setup. You may also press the SPEED UP or DOWN button to increase or decrease
the running speed and press the INCLINE UP or INCLINE DOWN button to adjust the
incline level during exercise. Once the pre-set target training user program time has
reached to the target, the computer will begin beeping to remind you. The running speed
will decelerate half of original speed and incline will decrease to 0 level. TIME window will
countdown from 2:30 minutes to 0:00 and PROGRAM window will display COOL DOWN
to enter into cool down mode. When time counts down to 0:00, the running belt will stop
automatically.
