1:00 minute. The pre-set training program time range is from 5:00 to 60:00 minutes.
Press the START button to start exercise, the PROGRAM window will countdown 3
seconds with the LCD showing "3-2-1" before the running belt starts moving. The first
interval of program graphic will begin blinking. The running speed and incline level will
change according to the program graphic. There are 10 intervals for each program
graphic. You may also press the SPEED UP or DOWN button to increase or decrease the
speed and press the INCLINE UP or INCLINE DOWN button to adjust the incline level
during exercise. Once the pre-set target training program time has reached to the target,
the computer will begin beeping to remind you. The running speed will decelerate half of
original speed and incline will decrease to 0 level. TIME window will countdown from 2:30
minutes to 0:00 and PROGRAM window will display COOL DOWN to enter into cool down
mode. When time counts down to 0:00, the running belt will stop automatically.
TRAINING IN HRC PROGRAM
:
Press the PROGRAM button to select HRC program. The PROGRAM window will display
HRC and HRC LED will light up. The Time window will begin blinking for pre-setting target
training HRC program time. The initial pre-set training program time is 30:00 minutes.
Press the SPEED UP or DOWN button to pre-set target training program time. Each
increment is 1:00 minute. The pre-set training program time range is from 5:00 to 60:00
minutes. Press the STOP button, the PULSE window will begin blinking and display 146
that is target heart rate. The PROGRAM window will display ENTER HRC Target. Press
the SPEED UP or DOWN button to set your desired target heart rate. Press the STOP
button to confirm the target heart rate. Press the START button to start exercise, the
PROGRAM window will countdown 3 seconds with the LCD showing "3-2-1" before the
running belt starts moving. You may also press the SPEED UP or DOWN button to
increase or decrease the speed and press the INCLINE UP or INCLINE DOWN button to
adjust the incline level during exercise. Hold both two hands on handlebar grip sensors.
The Heart Rate Control program is designed to keep your heart at a desired amount of
"beats per minute" by automatically adjusting the incline and speed. For example, you
have programmed in a desired heart rate of 130 BPM and your heart rate is only at 110
BPM, the incline will automatically increase 1 level and speed will increase 0.5km/h of
