PROGRAM window will display Distance Goal.  The initial pre-set target distance is 
5.00km, you may press the SPEED UP or DOWN button to pre-set target distance.  The 
pre-set target distance range is from 0.80 to 42.20km.  Press the START button to start 
exercise.  The running belt starts moving with an initial speed of 1.0 KPH.  You may press 
the SPEED UP or DOWN button on the computer console or handlebar to increase or 
decrease the running speed during exercise.  Distance starts counting down from pre-set 
target distance to 0.00.  Once the pre-set target distance has reached to the target, the 
computer will begin beeping to remind you.  The running speed will decelerate half of 
original speed and incline will decrease to 0 level.  TIME window will countdown from 2:30 
minutes to 0:00 and PROGRAM window will display COOL DOWN to enter into cool down 
mode.  When time counts down to 0:00, the running belt will stop automatically. 
 

CALORIES:

 Press the START button to start exercise, the PROGRAM window will 

countdown 3 seconds with the LCD showing "3-2-1" before the running belt starts moving.

To ensure the pulse readout is more precise, please always hold on to the handlebar grip 
sensors with two hands instead of just with one hand only when you try to test your heart
