INCLINE:
Display the incline level. You may press the INCLINE UP or DOWN button on
the computer console or handlebar to increase or decrease the incline level during
exercise.
You may also press one of INSTANT INCLINE buttons (3% / 6% / 9% / 12%) on the
computer console, the incline will change to 3-level, 6-level, 9-level, or 12-level
immediately.
COMPUTER OPERATIONS:
TRAINING IN BODY FAT PROGRAM:
Press the MODE button to select the BODY FAT program. The PROGRAM window will
display BODY FAT ENTER AGE and The TIME window will display AgE. The DISTANCE
window will begin blinking for setting user's age. The initial pre-set age is 25 year-old.
Press the SPEED UP or DOWN button to set user's age. The age range is from 10 to 80
year-old. Press the STOP button, the PROGRAM window will display ENTER HEIGHT
CMS and The TIME window will display HEIg. The CALORIES window will begin blinking
for setting user's height. The initial preset height is 176 cm. Press the SPEED UP or
DOWN button to set user's height. The height range is from 140 to 250 cm. Press the
STOP button, The PROGRAM window will display ENTER WEIGHT KGS and The TIME
window will display WEI. The SPEED window will begin blinking for setting user's weight.
The initial pre-set weight is 56 kg. Press the SPEED UP or DOWN button to set user's
weight. The weight range is from 30 to 200 kg. Press the STOP button, The PROGRAM
window will display ENTER GENDER and The TIME window will display gEnd. The
INCLINE window will begin blinking for setting user's gender. The initial gender is male
(ma). Press the SPEED UP or DOWN button to set user's gender. ma indicates Male and
FE indicates Female. Press the STOP button, the PROGRAM window will display BODY
FAT and then hold both two hands on handlebar grip sensors, the TIME window will
display your body fat figures and the PULSE window will display you current heart beats
per minute after few seconds.
TRAINING IN PROGRAM
:
The computer offers 6 pre-set programs. Press the PROGRAM button to select training
programs from P1 to P6. The PROGRAM window will display P1, P2..., or P6 and indicate
LED will light up. The Time window will begin blinking for for pre-setting target training
program time. The initial pre-set training program time is 30:00 minutes. Press the
SPEED UP or DOWN button to pre-set target training program time. Each increment is
