Configuring RS232 Serial Commands
In the
Power on/off pre-loading
section, enter in the Baud Rate of the display device by selecting the
correct setting from the drop down menu and the click Send. The baud rate of the display device will
be located in the manufacturers owners manual of the display device.
If connection was successful, the green light next to the Send button will illuminate and pop up window will
notify you of the successful connection.
Once you have entered in the
Baud Rate
of the display device in the software, the
wall plate transmitter
default baud rate setting will be changed to the same rate setting
as well. The RS232 configuration tool will reset the connection to the device using the
newly selected baud rate.
