
Cleaning the Washer
Close the tap.

Turn off the power
and pull out the
power plug.

Remove the water
supply hose from
the machine side.

Clean the filter.
Pull out the filter by hand or tongs, and clean
the filter using an old toothbrush or similar.

When cleaning the Inlet Filter
(When the water supply to the detergent dispenser drawer is weak or when the water inlet
filter is clogged by sewage, [ ] signal flashes on the time display window.)
When cleaning the filter in the drainage pump
(When the filter is clogged by sewage, [
] signal flashes on the time
display window.)
Clean the filter in the inlet valve periodically in order not to get clogged by sewage. If the filter gets clogged by foreign objects (rust, sands or grits),
water will not be supplied well.
Open the Service Cover
cap.
Push down and pull the knob.

Drain out the residual water
inside the washer.
Pull the hose inside enough and unplug
the hose plug (

) to drain the remaining
water.
Remove the pump
plug (

) by
unscrewing and
clean the filter.

Close the Service Cover
cap.
After cleaning the filter,
reassemble the pump plug
and hose plug. Then, close
the Service Cover cap.
The hose for draining
residual water should be
fixed in place rather than
pushing it in.
Be careful of the possible
water leak when assem
-
bling the pump plug.

Caution!
Before opening
the pump plug,
check if there
is hot water
inside of the
washer. The
draining of hot
water may re-
sult in burns.
