TAG ON function
Caution!
Be careful not to touch any buttons on the
washer while Tag On.
You may set TAG ON Diagnosis, TAG ON COURSE DOWNLOAD, WASH COACH or WASH BY ONE BUTTON which is provided by the LG SMART
WASHER application using the Android OS based NFC (Near Field Communication) function of a smart phone with ease.
Wash Coach (TUB CLEAN) using the LG SMART WASHER application
Select TUB CLEAN
on the Wash Coach
screen.

Tap Start TUB
CLEAN now.
You may have information about

ings on the screen shown below.
If you hold the phone near the Tag On
logo of the washer after tapping the
‘Start TUB CLEAN’ button at the bot-
tom of the phone screen, the washer
will start the TUB CLEAN function right
away even without pressing a button
on the control panel.

Check whether
the TUB CLEAN is
working.
It will display the screen as the
next, and start the TUB CLEAN
function.

Touch the logo of TAG ON.
After confirming the NFC antenna area as
shown in the figure below, hold it close to the
Tag On logo on the right side of the washer.

When it cannot detect
Refer to the detail guide by tapping the [
]
button on the top right of the LG SMART WAHSER
application.

There must be some level of NFC recognition func-
tion in your smart phone to operate the NFC function
of the washer.

It may not be able to recognize it because of the dif-
ferent locations of the NFC antenna in smart phones.
