Using the Upper Oven
Convection Bake
During Convection Bake, a heating element is used
to raise the temperature of the air inside the oven.
Convection cooking temperature ranges from 100 °F
to 450 °F.
It is best to preheat the oven when convection cooking.
NOTE
Reduce oven temperature by 25 °F from the
temperature recommended on packaged foods.
The baking time may vary according to the food
condition or individual preference.
Setting the Convection Bake Function
Example: 45 minutes at 375°F with preheating

NOTE
•
When the oven reaches the set preheat
temperature, a melody will sound. The oven
automatically holds that temperature for 30
minutes.
•
The oven temperature drops very quickly when
the door is opened; however, this should not
prevent food from being fully cooked during
normal cooking time.
Broil
This feature will allow you to brown and crisp food
quickly. There is no need for preheating.

Example: Broiling for 1 minute 30 seconds

CAUTION
Always use oven gloves when removing the food
and accessories after cooking as the oven &
accessories will be very hot.

For best results, use the rack when broiling in the
upper oven.
