Operation and settings
IP Camera Search
1. Select the [Event] tab and desired camera on the device tree window. The device tree
window displayed list of allocate device. Layouts is displayed list of layout. Each list of
device can management as group.
Note:
If you want to allocate the device to user and add to device on group, use the
management tool. The setting information is applicable when start the Surveillance Client.
2. Select the device name on the device tree window.
3. Click the [Calendar] button and select the day and time. (The selectable days are displayed
in green color.)
4. Click the [Search] button.
5. Use [Prev] or [Next] to see the previous or next log list. If you move to the beginning page
of the log list, click the [First] button.
6. Click the Export button to download a text log file.
DVR Search
1. Select the search location to click the [Setup] button.
1-1. If you want to DVR Search in Recording Server, check the [Recording Server] option on
the [Client Setup > General > DVR Playback].
1-2. If you want to DVR Search in DVR, check the [DVR] option on the [Client Setup >
General > DVR Playback].
2. Follow steps 1-6 described in “IP Camera Search”.
Note:
DVR Search result has no thumbnail images.
