Cutthe pipesa littlelonger than
measureddistance .
Cutthe cable 1.5mlonger thanthe pipe
length.

Completelyremo ve allb urrsfrom thecut
crosssection ofpipe/tube .
Putthe endof thecopper tube/pipeto
downw arddirection asy ouremo ve burrs
inorder toa void tolet burrs dropin the
tubing.
3)Putting nut on
Remove flaren utsattached toindoor
andoutdoor units, thanput themon
pipe/tubeha vingcompleted burr
removal.
