1.Confir mthat boththe liquidside valv eand thegas sidev alve areset tothe closedposition.
2.After connectingthe piping,chec kthe jointsf orgas leakagewith gasleak detector .
3.Remo ve theser vicepor tn ut,and connectthe gaugemanif oldand thev acuumpump tothe
service port by thecharge hose.
4.V acuumthe indoorunit andthe connectingpipes untilthe pressurein themlo wers tobelo w-
76cmHg.
5.Remo ve thev alve stemn uts, andfully openthe stemsof the2-w ay and3-w ay valv eswith a
hexagon wrench.
6.T ightenthe valv estem nuts ofthe 2-wa yv alve and3-w ay valv e.
7.Disconnect thecharge hoseand fitthe nut tothe service port.
(Tightening torque:1.8kg.m)
