Pipe connection for a Single Zone System
1. Remove the connection cover from the unit by loosening
the fastening screw (Figure 24).
2. Align the center of the refrigerant pipe and correspond-
ing connection as shown in Figure 25 and tighten the
flare nut by hand.
3. Tighten the flare nut with a torque wrench until the
wrench clicks. Follow the guidelines as outlined in Table
17 for the amount of torque to use.
When tightening the flare nut with torque wrench, ensure the
direction for tightening follows the arrow on the wrench.
