G01. SET MODE SELECT SWITCH

Set the mode select switch to the
“NORMAL” mode to provide the customer
the best driving conditions.

G02. REMOVE INTERIOR PROTECTIVE 

COVERS, ETC.

Remove the remaining plastic covers from
the driver knee airbag, front passenger
knee airbag, side trim, seats, head
restraints, console box cap, rear vanity
lights and sun visors as required. Remove
any unnecessary labels, tags and stickers.
It is recommended that the interior
protective covers be removed just before
delivery of the vehicle to the customer.

HINT:
If the interior color is light white for
some vehicle, plastic cover will be set
for front, center and roof side garnish.

G03. 1. ATTACH THE FOLLOWING

PRINTOUTS TO THE PDS CHECK
SHEET:

– TIRE PRESSURE PRINTOUT
– 12–V BATTERY PRINTOUT
– ECU HEALTH CHECK PRINTOUT

See back of PDS Check Sheet for printout
examples.

2. COMPLETE AND SIGN THE PDS
CHECK SHEET, AND FILE WITH THE
PDS REPAIR ORDER

3. SUBMIT PRODUCT TECHNICAL
REPORTS REGARDING QUALITY
ISSUES AS APPLICABLE
