A06. WIRELESS DOOR LOCK REMOTE
CONTROL SYSTEM
Inspect the five functions of the system.
a) Locking the doors
1. Close all the doors.
2. Push the “LOCK” button on the
electronic key to lock all the doors
from outside the vehicle.
HINT:
At this time, all the turn signal lights
flash once and one beep sounds.
However, when you push the “LOCK”
button with any door not closed
securely, the buzzer sounds for 10
seconds or until all the doors are
closed securely.
b) Unlocking the doors
1. Push the “UNLOCK” button on the
electronic key once to unlock the
driver’s door.
2. Push the “UNLOCK” button once
again within 3 seconds from the
first push to unlock other doors.
HINT:
At this time, the interior and outer foot
lights turn on for about 15 seconds and
all the turn signal lights flash twice, and
two beeps sound.
3. Check that all doors automatically
relock after 30 seconds, if a door is
not opened.
c) Unlocking the luggage compartment
door
4. Keep the “LUGGAGE
COMPARTMENT DOOR” button
pushed for about 1 second to
unlock the luggage compartment
door.
HINT:
At this time, one beep sounds.
