LEVITON Dock Overview
This section describes the main components of the LEVITON Dock.
Front View

Infrared (IR)
Receiver
Control playback of a connected iPod
from a distance using the Apple
Remote when the LEVITON Dock is in
Local Mode.

Operation
Mode LED
The Operation Mode LED is illuminated
when the LEVITON Dock is in Network
Mode (running and can be controlled
via IP enabled devices).
The Operation Mode LED is off when
the LEVITON Dock is in Standby
Mode. In Standby Mode the USB
controller, Ethernet PHY, and the
wireless radio (if applicable) is
disabled.

iPod
Connector Connects the iPod to the LEVITON
Dock.

Operation
Mode Button
When is Standby Mode, press this
button to start the unit in Network
Mode.
When in Network Mode, press and
hold for 2 seconds to put the unit into
Standby Mode.
The Operation Mode Button is also
used to reset the LEVITON Dock to
factory default settings.
