Since output works at the same time also as input set-up of logical level 0 on
output avoids activation of sending SMS message from particular input.
In case call is just made through GB 102 it is terminated immediately and all
alarm actions are carried out.

Where x is number of input from 1 to 5.
Where y is 1 to 20 digits of cell phone number.
5.16. Set-up of Numbers for ALARM Calling
When one of the inputs 1-5 is activated (only GB 102 x2x), the preset phone
number will be dialed and the called party will hear warning tone from GB 102 -
first three DTMF tones followed by number of further tones, that number is
determined by number of the activated input..

5.17. Set-up of Text of ALARM SMS Messages
Set text of message, which is sent in case of input activation, is assigned to
