6.4 - REMONTAGE DE L'ENSEMBLE

6.4.1 - Remontage des paliers
- Installer le joint torique (349) et la rondelle de préchar-
ge (79) dans le logement du palier (36)
- Positionner sur le stator (1) les paliers (30) et (36)
- Bloquer les vis (31) et (37).
- Rebrancher tous les fils de l'inducteur, bobinages auxi-
liaires, stator...
- Mettre en place la grille d'entrée d'air (51)
- Terminer le remontage du capotage

6.4.2 - Remontage de l'ensemble rotor (4)
Sur machine monopalier
- Monter le rotor (4) dans le stator (1)
- Vérifier le montage correct de l'ensemble de la machine
et le serrage de toutes les vis.
Sur machine bipalier
- Monter le rotor (4) dans le stator (1)
- Positionner sur le stator (1) le palier (30)
- Bloquer les vis (31) au couple de 10,4 m.daN.
- Monter le chapeau intérieur (68) à l'aide des vis (62)
- Monter le circlips (284)
- Vérifier le montage correct de l'ensemble de la machine
et le serrage de toutes les vis.

NOTA: Lors d'un démontage total (rebobinage) ne pas
oublier de réequilibrer le rotor

6.4 - REASSEMBLING ALTERNATOR

6.4.1 - End shield reassembling
- Place rubber "O" ring (349) and wave washer (79) into
the recess of the bearing housing (36).
- Mount the non drive end bracket (36) and drive end
bracket (30) on the stator (1)
- Tighten screw (31) and (37).
- Connect the winding terminals of the stator, the auxilia-
ry winding and the exciter wires.
- Install the air inlet screen (51)
- Position terminal box cover

6.4.2 - Rotor reassembling
Single bearing
- Slide rotor (4) into the stator and verify that the various
nuts and bolts are correctly tightened
Two bearing machine
- Slide rotor (4) into the stator (1)
- Mount the drive end bracket (30) on the stator (1)
- Torque to 10,4 m.daN the screw (31)
- Secure the inner bearing cap (68) with screws (62)
- Mount circlips (284)
- Verify that the various nuts and bolts are correctly tigh-
tened

Note : If the rotor has been rewound, it must be
rebalanced.
