With the unit on and the LED displayed, press the MENU buttons to select the desired cooking
function. The function light will then flash.

When the pressure inside hits its proper level, the pressure hold indicator is turned on and the
timer begins counting. As soon as the cooking process is finished, you will hear a sound signal, and
the Keep Warm mode will be switched on automatically.
Note:
Pay attention: the pressure inside is very high so you need to release it through the vent valve
and then open the cover.
-After entering the Keep Warm mode: if you don’t want to continue this mode, you can unplug the
power supply. For safety reasons, after 12 hours of continuous Keep Warm mode, the multi-cooker
will automatically enter pending status.

When the pressure cooking cycle is finished, the unit will automatically switch to the Keep Warm
mode. Place the float valve into release position and wait for the pressure to release completely until
the floater drops down. Then you can unplug the appliance and take out the food. (figure J-1,J-2)
Note:
While cooking liquids such as porridge or soups, the appliance must be cooled down before
you release the pressure.
