(2) Pipe connection for VEPS096N432K , VEPS120N432K :
1) If connection pipe is connected at the front, no special treatment is needed. You can weld
the pipeline directly to connection pipe 1 and connection pipe 2.
2) If connection pipe is connected at the side as shown in Fig.17 and Fig.18, open the front
side plate, rear side plate and connection board. Then open the soundproof cotton. Use a
soldering gun to unsolder connection pipe 1 and connection pipe 2. Rotate them to a proper
angle and install them to their respective position. Seal the apertures with welding rod. First
weld connection pipe 1 (liquid pipe) and then weld connection pipe 2 (gas pipe). During
welding, it’s necessary to use wet gauze to wrap up the filter near connection pipe 2 and the
two cut-off valves. Make sure the flame won’t burn the soundproof cotton or other
components.
