World Wide Modem (2400 baud)
The WW modem is available for reporting alarms and system events to monitoring stations. The modem
should be housed in an enclosure and plugged directly into the NGP intelligent system controller. The WW
modem is for use with controllers with the intrusion feature.
The WW modem is designed to meet the telecom requirements worldwide. It can automatically dial when
required and also seize the telephone line if it is busy at the time.

The
CPU Failure
feature is available with main control module firmware version 4.3 or greater. For more
information, please refer to

on page 26.

Use minimum 26 AWG UL/CSA or equivalent approved telephone cable.
