7.1. Operator
The chair is controlled by an operator through the foot pedal (or the hand control); the operator must posi
-
tion themselves so as to have complete view of the controlled parts and of the patient.
7. INSTRUCTION FOR USE
WARNING! During the functioning of the chair the operator should always remain in the
vicinity of the controls; it is forbidden to leave the chair unattended during its operation.
Operators should pay attention to avoid creating potentially dangerous situations for
their own or other’s safety.
All people working on the chair must be properly trained on the correct methods of work
and informed about its proper functioning. They also need to be aware of the parts of this
documentation relevant to their work.
Operators must not wear clothes with drapes that could get caught by moving part of the
chair. Proper clothing is made of close-fitting garments, especially on the upper limbs.
7.3. Controls
The chair can be controlled by a pedal with cable, a wireless pedal or a hand control. All the controls work only
when activated: the chair movement will stop as soon as the operator releases the button/pedal, except for the
AUT (Automatic return to the initial position) which can be stopped by pressing any button/pedal
7.2. Use of mattress
Nor the operator and the patient must wear rings, necklaces, bracelets, wristwatches, ties
or other objects that could get caught by moving parts of the machinery. In case of allergy,
cover the chair with a sheet.
The operator must stand in order to always control all the adjusted parts and also the
patient.
IMPORTANT! It is mandatory to cover and protect the mattress with disposable paper covers or
washable sponge covers for its correct and hygienic preservation. The upholstery could be dama
-
ged by the normal heat of the skin or by a prolonged use of essential oils or cosmetic product. Any
replacement caused by damages due to misuse won’t be considered under warranty.
