APPLICATIONS
This machine is intended for sanding drywalls, ceilings and walls of the inner and outer surfaces, clearing the floor
residues, paint coatings, adhesive and plaster.
ASSEMBLY AND INTRODUCTION
CAUTION:
To prevent accidents, make sure to turn the switch off and disconnect to the plug from the power receptacle.
1. Assembling the folding arm (Fig 1 & 2)
- Fold the front and back parts together.
- Keep the pivot (

) along the arm and push the locking handle (

) to the right position.
You can adjust the pivot tension by screwiing/unscrewing the cross pan head screw.
- Secure the fording arm.
2. Assembling the telescopic arm (Fig 3 & 4)
- Loosen the locking knob (

) anticlockwise.
- Insert the telescopic arm (

) and adjust the length in the desired position.
- Turn the locking knob (
8
) clockwise to secure the arm.
3. Connecting the dust hose (Fig 5 to 7)
CAUTION:
- Dust from materials such as lead-containing coatings and minerals can be harmful to health. Touching or
breathing-in the dust can cause allergic reactions and/or lead to respiratory infections of the user or bystanders.
- Materials containing asbestos may only be worked by specialists.
- Provide a good ventilation of the working place and prevent dust accumulation at the workplace.
- It is recommended to wear a P2 filter-class respirator. Observe the relevant regulations in your country for the
materials to be worked.
- Plug the dust hose (

) mount into the connector (

) in the back of the machine (Fig 5).
- Clip the ring (

) to secure the dust hose (Fig 6).
- Connect the dust hose (

) to the vacuum cleaner wit the adaptor ABR008 (Fig 7):
- Bayonet mount Ø42mm (

) for vacuum cleaner LOASP306.
- Round sleeve Ø58mm (
16
) for vacuum cleaners ASP255 & LOASP355.
WARNING:
- Ensure that the vacuum cleaner is approved and rated for drywall dust.
- Failure to use an approved dust bag in your vacuum will increase the level of airborne dust in the work area.
Prolonged exposure to such dust may cause respiratory harm.
4. Installing/changing the sanding disc (Fig 8)
- Stick the sanding disc (

) on the sanding pad (

).
- Make sure the sanding disc is stuck properly and in a flat position.
- If you install a sanding disc with holes, please make sure they fit the holes on the sanding pad.
CAUTION:
Do not work without a sanding disc mounted on the sanding pad.
5. Sanding in corners (Fig 9 & 10)
Flush sanding of corners is possible after removing the detachable edge (

).
- Remove the detachable edge (

).
- When the work is done, reinstall the detachable edge.
PRIOR TO OPERATION
1. Power source check
Ensure that the power source to be utilized conforms to the power requirements specified on the product
nameplate.
